Background

Kat discovered Melee at 14 after watching The Smash Documentary and was entering tournaments just two weeks later. By 18, after attending their first supermajor for a birthday, Kat began to take the game more seriously and found a true sense of belonging in the community. Driven by both the thrill of competition and a desire to 'be somebody,' Kat embraces the pursuit of improvement — firmly believing that few things compare to the dopamine rush of destroying an opponent in Melee.
